What to do in Livigno in autumn? Unforgettable hikes, wellness experiences at Aquagranda, activities for the whole family, shopping, and a wide range of culinary options to suit every taste are just some of the opportunities guests can discover thanks to the MyLivignoPass.

Autumn in Livigno is much more than just a season of transition. The larch trees turn golden before shedding their needles for winter, creating unique landscapes and adding even more charm to the many hiking trails, made all the more enjoyable by the crisp, clear air that characterises this time of year.

For a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city, dedicated to hiking and gentle walks, Livigno has selected 5 unmissable trails where you can immerse yourself in the colours of autumn, together with friends and family.

  1. Tröi da li Téa – winding through forests of golden larch trees, this trail takes hiking enthusiasts on a journey to discover the tee, small mountain huts and barns typical of Livigno’s rural tradition. Once used as summer homes by shepherds, many of them have now been carefully restored.
  2. The Art Trail – starting from Larix Park, this route winds through an ancient larch forest, just a short distance from the town centre yet immersed in a peaceful natural oasis. Along the way, visitors can admire wooden sculptures created by international artists who took part in the Wood’n’Art symposium.
  3. Val Alpisella – a pleasant and easy trail suitable for everyone, including families with pushchairs, leading to Ristoro Alpisella, where visitors can rent kayaks, pedal boats or traditional rowing boats.
  4. Not to be missed is an excursion along the Baitel da Plascianet trail, which offers a full immersion in nature and some of the most beautiful views over the valley of the Little Tibet. The route winds through larch and fir woods, where the colours of autumn blend in perfect harmony with the deep green of the evergreens.
  5. A little more challenging, the trail leading to Baitel di Sc’taur climbs to an altitude of 2,150 metres, rewarding hikers with spectacular views over the Livigno Valley.

Autumn in Livigno is not only about hiking in nature, but also offers dedicated shopping opportunities. Throughout the autumn weekends, selected stores will host special activities and experiences, including personal shopper services, boot customisation, in-store presentations and tastings.

Among the season’s unmissable experiences, Aquagranda — which remains open throughout the year — offers the chance to enjoy Alpine Wellness, combining wellness rituals and Aufguss experiences with a programme of dedicated evening events.
