STRALIVIGNO: REGISTRATION OPEN FOR THE 26TH EDITION

While people are skiing on the Olympic snow in the resort, it is already possible to secure your race bib for the iconic July half marathon.

Livigno, March 11, 2026 – Registration officially opens today for the Stralivigno, the classic summer half marathon returning for its 26th edition and once again transforming Livigno into a place of energy, connection and sporting challenge. The event is scheduled for Saturday, July 18, when at 4:00 PM the main 21 km race will start, running through trails and scenic stretches that showcase the alpine beauty of a valley where sport has always been part of its identity, in every season, 365 days a year.

Stralivigno is much more than a race: it is a bridge between amateurs and professionals, between those who run for passion and those who tackle the distance with a competitive spirit. It is a true meeting point for everyone, finding in Livigno its most engaging and authentic expression. Participants can compete either individually or in the two-person relay format, a race option that invites runners to share the effort, the rhythm of the run and the excitement of crossing the finish line together.

Registrations open today with a promotional fee of €35 for the individual race and €45 per pair for the relay, valid until March 20. Online registration will remain open until July 15, 2026.

The event unfolds along a scenic 21 km course starting from Aquagranda, the Olympic Preparation Center that hosts athletes from many disciplines throughout the year and recently served as Casa Italia during the Winter Olympic Games. From there, participants are invited to cross and admire the entire valley, driven forward by their own stride and determination.

The event will also feature the MiniStralivigno, dedicated to younger runners, and an expo area, the Stralivigno Village, with exhibitions, activities and opportunities to connect, ensuring that every edition becomes a full 360-degree experience.
