With its 3,200 km of trails that cross the valley, the Little Tibet is the ideal place to experience a green stay dedicated to sport and wellness. Plogging is not the only initiative undertaken by the resort to safeguard the nature of its mountains, from 2019 in fact Livigno is a "plastic free" municipality with the obligation to use alternatives to plastic within public facilities and all accommodation activities. A direction in which Small Tibet will continue to move in view of the next Olympics, the first "green" of history thanks to sustainable investments in terms of social, economic and environmental impact, with the utmost respect for nature.
The commitment of the resort in confirming itself as a true green jewel does not end here: already last year, in fact, Livigno put five Repower PALINA into operation, thanks to the partnership with Repower. The columns for electric bikes have been positioned along the bike path and in some trails.
In order to reduce the pollution caused by the frequent passage of cars in the valley, the resort offers a public and free connection service between the different areas of the country: in fact, two bus lines are available in the summer period, which become four in the winter period, and during the whole year there is a free transport service that connects Livigno to Trepalle.
