Not only the biker season is ready to start again, but also the whole resort with hotels, shops, restaurants and activities is getting ready to resume the typical Livigno vitality, in accordance with the new protocols in force. Between the bike area, the hiking network, the bike path, the water sports at the lake, and all the other activities there will surely be no way to get bored.

The world of biking in Livigno offers endless options that will satisfy the needs of both pro riders and beginners looking for their first sensations. The bike area consists of two sides served by lifts and a myriad of trails that can be cycled directly from the town centre, as well as 17km of cycle path and a Bike Skill Centre for all those who need the support of an instructor to improve their technique or to take part in one of the many excursions or organised courses.

The Mottolino Bike Park will be the first to open its doors to all downhill and enduro bikers and fans eager to start the season on June 12th. The Mottolino Bike Park offers high level riding experiences, thanks to the slopestyle line with drop and jump area, dedicated to pro riders, full of dirt and wood structures to perfect their riding level. The Slopestyle area is complemented by the North Shore Area, an area built inside the forest, consisting of wooden walkways of various kinds: step up, step down, snails, parabolics and much more, some are off-limits for beginners, others enhance the experience. Finally, the big air jump of the Mottolino Bike Park, located at the start of the gondola, allows you to try out new tricks on the bike and improve your technique. The right starting point for practicing bigger jumps. In addition to the more advanced experience, there are also lines suitable for beginners, to begin to get familiar with the facilities and routes suitable for e-bikes.

The Carosello Mountain Park together with the Sitas Bike Area, with the former opening on June 26th and the latter on July 1st, offers a totally different riding experience, with trails built to meet the needs of all mountain, cross country, and enduro riders. There are 50 kilometers of trails divided between newly built trails (flow and enduro) and existing hiking trails. The flow trails base their style on speed and rhythm, providing beginners and families with the desired safety and experienced riders with a rollercoaster-like feeling. The enduro trails, on the other hand, offer more natural and technical riding for the enjoyment of experienced bikers. The Tutti Frutti Epic Tour, a route that links all the trails in the bike area for a total of 45km, very few of which are uphill, is well worth a try.
