With Check&Go and Win the Wonder Livigno takes visitors outside the traditional circuits

After the success of last season, the smart tools designed to explore safely and provide new ideas and itineraries to discover little-unknown corners of Livigno are back. Check&Go in particular is the simple and fast tech way to discover the gems of the territory while ensuring respect for the natural distance offered by the many paths of the Little Tibet. By scanning a QRcode located on a panel at the entrance of each path, hikers can check-in, allowing those who are preparing to leave, to consult the App My Livigno and the official page livigno.eu/check-and-go to check at any time the turnout of the paths and choose the least frequented.

Win the Wonder is instead the contest that transforms the stay in a virtual treasure hunt and rewards the most enterprising players. To participate, you have simply to download the app My Livigno and see the complete list of locations to conquer; once selected the one of interest, just go to the place and frame the QR code
of the initiative. In this way, at each stage, players accumulate points in a virtual wallet: the more points they collect, the greater the chances of winning one of the many prizes up for grabs during the final draw.

Livigno sustainable mobility

Always focused on the environment and on the care of its territory, Livigno is partner of the Interreg Omni-BUS 4.0 project together with Regione Lombardia and the Public Transport Agency of Sondrio. The initiative promoted by the Province of Sondrio and the Canton of Graubünden aims to create a modern, integrated and sustainable system of Alpine cross-border public mobility, increasing the number and quality of transport services offered to local users and tourists.
In order to reduce the pollution caused by the frequent passage of cars in the valley, Livigno has also made the public transport service between the different areas of the village totally free of charge: in fact, four bus lines are available in the winter period and two in the summer period; during the whole year there is also a free transport service connecting Livigno to Trepalle.
To make the project even more significant is the green direction in which the resort, for several years now, is moving, with the placement of five PALINA repower for electric vehicles and BITTA repower for e-bikes, arriving in 2019 to Livigno Plastic Free, a direction in which it will continue to move in support of the environment and to preserve its fantastic natural setting.
